Quick Launch Bar on Windows 7 taskbar

  1. Right click on the taskbar
  2. Select "Toolbars" > "New toolbar.."
  3. Type "%appdata%MicrosoftInternet ExplorerQuick Launch" (without quotes)
  4. Press the "Select Folder" button
  5. To move the "Quick Launch Bar" first unlock the "Taskbar"
  6. To unlock right click on the "Taskbar"
  7. Uncheck "Lock the Taskbar"
  8. Right click on the dotted lines at the start of the Quick Launch Bar and uncheck "Show Text" and "Show Title"
